You are faithful, far beyond what I could ever hope to earn. I pray I never ever take that for granted.
The last few days have been hard for no reason, just self induced anxiety from my desire to resolve things.
It’s been 48 hrs of putting every ounce of energy into not allowing myself to give in to the despair that wanted to overcome.
Yet You encourage me when I struggle to feel encouraged.
You uplift me when I feel like I’ve failed.

You use complete strangers to bless me in ways I never could have imagined.
You open doors I don’t expect. Thing I can genuinely say “never have I ever.”
Things I know others would jump at the chance to have yet I want to pass up.
I feel out of my depth and just leaving it in your hands and allowing Your Holy Spirit to lead here.
I have no idea where it’ll come from or what “it” will ever look like, but I know it’s coming.
Waiting is hard, especially when things are uncomfortable but You are still here. You hear our prayers, and in Your time and Your way, You answer.
Thank you for taking the time to encourage me, Lord. Thank you for reminding me of the butterfly today.
You said everyone is sanctified until they’re uncomfortable, and I really want to be sanctified even when I am uncomfortable.
I want to trust You through it all.
Thank you for pushing me out of the room and to the library today. I can’t sit around staring at the phone and checking emails waiting, day after day.
I can’t take time for granted.
Today I have You, my health, my family & neighbors. I have more than I could have ever hoped, though some days I seem forget.
You have taught me a lot this season through The Samaritan couple, and while I am not quite prepared to follow their foot steps, I am willing to put my best foot forward & trust that you will guide me through it all, bringing the right people to help me through that new season, just as You’ve been doing thus far.
It really is not about the material things of life for me & I know You know that. It’s not about the money, but about being able to clean up our lives, simplify our living and carry on this path You’ve chosen for us, more equipped for it. Somehow.
I know I can trust you, though I don’t always act like it. I also know You will do something.
I can’t imagine what, but I know You will.

You always keep your promises and while I had forgotten, You reminded me of Your promises to me. I can hold You to Your word, You said that.
I have no reason to doubt, yet doubt likes to overtake.

Thank You for remaining faithful and seeing me through. I may not have anything else but I have You, Jesus, and you are more than enough.
You are merciful beyond what I can deserve, and I am so thankful for it. I am thankful for who You are in my storm.
It’s hard to walk beside You, painful even, but not because of You, but because the world makes it harder for us to follow You.
Yet You hold us up through the process of becoming who You created us to be.
Thank You.
Thank You for not sparing me the furnace but standing in it with me.
Thank You for making ways, Jesus.
Thank you.
