I honestly cannot say what we expected but here we are, watching You manifest blessings that once seemed like a distant dream.
Today, You made it possible for us to not just have a safe and secure roof & food, but also blessed us in such a way that Your goodness overflowed to those coming up behind us.
Today, You made it possible for us to be for someone else what I once cried out for us to receive. I look forward to seeing what You will do tomorrow, for/with them, for/with us, for Your Kingdom & glory.
Godly provision is a waterfall of living water, it falls on Your children & the abundance overflows from us to those around us.
Today, I saw a motel full of strangers come together to help house, feed each other & watch the kids play, not by plan or agreement but because we all saw different needs we could help meet, and in that moment I realized this is what Your church is meant to be:
A community that serves each other. People with a variety gifts & talents that helps, teaches & encourages each other.
We are so thankful for the opportunities that You are providing for us. We are
thankful that You chose us for this road & mostly we are thankful for You Lord, Your faithfulness. It never fails.
You walk with us, You teach us, You give us 2nd chances & guide us through them.
I am so thankful to You for all You’ve done for us, Jesus, but I’m also thankful for all you have done with us.
I am thankful for every person You’ve used over the years & especially over these seasons of wilderness & desert, yet through it all You have seen us cared for & protected. We’ve lacked nothing.
You & Your word have been more than enough every step of the way.
I am so overjoyed for the gift of being able to play a small part in helping someone else see Your loving mercy, Your faithfulness, so that they too may find their way Home to You.
Who but You, Yhwh could make the impossible possible?
You are everything, Jesus.
Everything.
Thank You.
“You will show me the way of life, granting me the joy of your presence and the pleasures of living with you forever.”
Psalms 16:11 NLT
“Praise the Lord, the God of our ancestors, who made the king want to beautify the Temple of the Lord in Jerusalem! And praise him for demonstrating such unfailing love to me by honoring me before the king, his council, and all his mighty nobles! I felt encouraged because the gracious hand of the Lord my God was on me. And I gathered some of the leaders of Israel to return with me to Jerusalem.”
Ezra 7:27-28 NLT
